Lark Escapes Heads to Toronto: Scouting, Shopping, and Meeting with Our Digital Team

Exciting news from Lark Escapes—Kat is heading to Toronto! This trip is all about scouting new venues, diving into some vintage shopping, and catching up with our Digital Executive, Lucas. It seems that Canada doesn’t have as many immersive events as we do in the U.S., so I’m eager to explore the potential and see what opportunities we can create. Toronto is such a vibrant cultural hub, and I can’t wait to discover new venues that our followers will love.

One of the highlights of this trip will be the thrift shopping. Toronto’s diverse and eclectic atmosphere makes it one of my favorite cities for vintage finds. Having thrifted in cities all around the world, I can confidently say that Toronto is second to none. I’ll be sharing updates throughout the day, so you can join me on this adventure—whether you follow along in real-time or check in later for some fun insights!

In addition to scouting and shopping, I’m also on the lookout for talented Canadian designers who specialize in Regency and Fae Ball attire. Toronto is home to some incredible artists who work in theater and opera, as well as some of the best textile artists in the world. My mission is to connect with designers who can create stunning costumes for our Winter Fae Ball and Regency Cruise at a great price. I also want to link these artists with our fans, so you can enjoy custom pieces that are both beautiful and affordable.

One thing to keep in mind when ordering from international designers is that shipping may take a bit longer than within the U.S. So, when we feature these artists, be sure to place your orders early to ensure your custom costumes arrive in time.

Can’t wait to see what Toronto has in store! Keep an eye out for updates, and maybe I’ll see you on the streets of this amazing city!
